tzdata: Patch gegen deutsche Übersetzung

ich möchte folgende Änderungen am Paket tzdata bezüglich Zeitzonen/Standorten
vorschlagen:
(Helge, du bist als letzter Übersetzer eingetragen.)
Noronha -> Fernando de Noronha
da dies der korrekte, vollständige Name der Insel ist.
(Ich habe bereits einen Fehlerbericht eingereicht, dies auch in den Templates
korrigieren zu lassen.)
DumontDUrville -> Dumont-d'Urville
St Johns -> St. Johns
St Kitts -> St. Kitts
St Lucia -> St. Lucia
St Thomas -> St. Thomas
St Vincent -> St. Vincent
keine Ahnung, warum die Zeichen weggelassen worden sind (im Englischen
ist es genauso)
Chovd -> Chowd
korrekte Schreibweise im Deutschen wäre Chowd

Makassar und Ujung Pandang beschreiben die gleiche Stadt, Makassar war ganz
früher mal der Name der Stadt, ist dann umbenannt worden in Ujung Pandang,
2003 erhielt sie dann ihren alten Namen wieder.
Basierend auf dieser Sachlage würde ich "Makassar" übersetzen mit "Makassar",
beschreibt den aktuellen Namen der Stadt. "Ujung Pandang" ist (vielleicht aus
historischen Gründen) auch noch vorhanden, daher sollte man dort den alten
Namen auch mit aufführen, aber ich würde den aktuellen Namen trotzdem zusätzlich
nennen.
Patch hängt an.
