Yes, that it still build from CVS.

To allow fixing Etch release-notes, we need a branch for each old
release and build from this branch (and from the trunk for testing).

If r5257 is indeed the last revision before work on Lenny release-notes,
we could make a branch from this last revision to allow fixing.
