You mean this line?
b99d67021a9f (Lucien Gentis 2025-07-01 12:46:39 +0200 136) "sauvegarder la sortie dans I<FICHIER>, utilisez "

Yes and no.
As you can see on https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/manpages-l10n, the
last version to hit Trixie (not Forky) was 4.27.0:
* [2025-06-26] manpages-l10n 4.27.0-1 MIGRATED to testing (Debian testing watch)
* [2025-06-20] Accepted manpages-l10n 4.27.0-1 (source) into unstable (Dr. Helge Kreutzmann) (signed by: Helge Kreutzmann)
This was finalized at (see git log):
commit 1319cfa52a9e356fc6a2e23fd57a7f92ac6f5742 (tag: 4.27.0, origin/FreeBSD-14.2)
Author: Helge Kreutzmann <debian@helgefjell.de>
Date: Fri Jun 20 14:35:17 2025 +0200
Prepare release 4.27.0
So, every commit until Fri Jun 20 14:35:17 2025 +0200 reached Trixie,
everything else is for Forky and beyond.
However, I do prepare backports. So if you enable backports, you will
get
* [2025-10-12] Accepted manpages-l10n 4.28.0-2~bpo13+2 (all source) into stable-backports (Debian FTP Masters) (signed by: Dr. Tobias Quathamer)
I.e. every translation and avery fix until:
commit fa97bcea68f65fdc6ebb1c91706ba2e204099100 (tag: 4.28.0)
Author: Helge Kreutzmann <debian@helgefjell.de>
Date: Fri Sep 26 09:03:56 2025 +0200
Prepare release 4.28.0
Hope this explains the effect.
Greetings
Helge
