In general, you can't really carry the idea that this is a "new"
program. While in 2010, that makes sense and this is how you want to
"sell" it, this is probably untrue in 2015 when this package is still
in the archive but nobody remember about the "old" behaviour..:-)

So, my proposal is, in general, to forget about this idea, while still
explaining the interesting features of this new implementation.
