[TAF] wml://blends/gis/contact.wml

Dear Dutch language team
(Please CC when replying, I'm not subscribed).

Several pages under blends/gis folder were translated (thanks!) but it 
seems that for building 
https://www.debian.org/blends/gis/deriv.nl.html,the file contact.wml 
needs to be present (see error below).
I have added the (untranslated) contact.wml file using the "copypage.pl" 
script ( 
https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/webwml/-/blob/master/copypage.pl 
) so the other files in that folder build fine, and I'm sending this 
"TAF (Travail À Faire)" mail for the case somebody can translate it.
