Need help updating the traditional Chinese translation of the apt-listchanges program

Hello Debian Chinese localization team,

A few weeks ago I sent email to this list and to Kanru Chen <koster@debian.org.tw> asking for assistance updating the traditional Chinese program translation for the apt-listchanges package (N.B. apt-listchanges has three translations in it: the program, the man page, and the debconf template strings; this email is specifically about the program translation).

The email to koster@debian.org.tw bounced after five days. If they are still actively translating and anyone here knows how to reach them, I would appreciate it if you would let me know. Otherwise, I am looking for a volunteer to take over this translation.

The current version of the PO file can be found at:

https://salsa.debian.org/debian/apt-listchanges/-/blob/debian/unstable/po/zh_TW.po?ref_type=heads

Thank you for any assistance you are able to provide.

Regards,

Jonathan Kamens
Maintainer of apt-listchanges
