Please update debconf PO translation for the package icedove 1.5.0.9.dfsg1-1.2

Hi,

This is the second call for translation updates for the icedove package.

The first call triggerred many updates, but some are still missing. I assume
that the translators weren't available for this work, so I just extend the
mail to translation teams.

Please send the updated file as a wishlist bug
against icedove. The deadline is February 20th 23:59 UTC.
