I don't know if this has been fixed or not, since I'm having problems running Knoppix Terminal Server on the current version 7.7.1.

When you start the Terminal Server, there is no sanity check for the /boot directory files. This is not a problem if you boot from CD, but if you use the "fromhd" or "toram" options, the /boot directory is not usually copied over and PXE booting fails.
