3.8.1 ?
Hey Group;
I downloaded what appears to be a good download. Burn it to a CD on a
known good burner. I have looked at the CD surface for problems and
see none.
It will boot and comes up OK (thanks agian Klaus). However,
knoppix-installer fails. I have used knx-installer (or the older
ones) since 3.1 up to 3.7 with good luck.
My question is - anyone else having this problem or is it a bad CD.
I get /usr/bin/less and others (cat, more) can not read a mounted
partition and/or file like grub/menu.lst.
Also why not use good old fdisk? cfdisk seems to lack many feature of
fdisk. Like naming mount points
