Yes, boot knoppix from CD. Become root (sudo su). Then:
mount /dec/hdaX /mnt # X is for your linux partition
chroot /mnt lilo
... then You should see the usual meassages:
Added knoppix *
Added windows
...
Then your lilo has been reinstalled. That is the way to do it, if you have
a valid /etc/lilo.conf around
