[debian-knoppix] possible bug in samba install on 2002-12-11
when i type "nmblookup xx" in a console it seaches for an other computer in the local subnet that runs samba/windows, a couple of
error messages are printed.
knoppix@ttyp0[knoppix]$ nmblookup a0191
querying a0191 on 10.0.255.255
tdb((null)): tdb_open_ex: could not open file /var/run/samba/unexpected.tdb:
No such file or directory
tdb((null)): tdb_open_ex: could not open file /var/run/samba/unexpected.tdb:

tdb((null)): tdb_open_ex: could not open file /var/run/samba/unexpected.tdb:
No such file or directory
10.0.2.1 a0191<00>
the host is found despite the file is missing.
i created that file with "sudo touch /var/run/samba/unexpected.tdb" and the error went away.
seems to be a small bug? ISO from 2002-12-11 tested on two different machines.
