[debian-knoppix] jewelcase insert for V3.1 2002-12-12-BETA available

The latest two-sided jewelcase insert for KNOPPIX V3.1 2002-12-12-BETA
is available. It contains 2002-12-12 cheatcodes. These cheatcodes are a
combination of Klaus's official cheatcodes, information from
2002-12-12-BETA's F2 help screen, and some items from /etc/init.d/\
knoppix-autoconfig that formerly weren't included.
Changes since last time:
* release date updated
* cheatcodes date updated
* "nofirewire", "failsafe", "nodhcp", "knoppix gmt|utc" added
* "X Windows" [sic] changed to "X" and "X Window System"
* minor formatting changes
The OpenOffice.org 1.0.1 ".sxw" source, a PostScript derivative, and a
PDF derivative are all available at:
