[debian-knoppix] jewelcase insert for V3.1 2002-12-11-BETA available

The latest two-sided jewelcase insert for KNOPPIX V3.1 2002-12-11-BETA
is available. It contains 2002-12-11 cheatcodes. These cheatcodes are a
combination of Klaus's official cheatcodes, information from
2002-12-11-BETA's F2 help screen, and a 2002-12-12 email exchange with
Klaus.
Changes since last time:
* release date updated
* cheatcodes date updated
* all langs mentioned in /etc/init.d/knoppix-autoconfig now included
* typos and minor formatting
* copyright notice and GNU GPL added to end
The OpenOffice.org 1.0.1 ".sxw" source, a PostScript derivative, and a
PDF derivative are all available at:
