Copyright symbol pattern on ttys (kernel 5.10.247-1)

Hi there,

Debian 11 users are experiencing a problem with latest kernel package 
update, I guess.

We all are seeing a copyright character pattern («©») filling the 
screen on almost every tty:

Is this Microsoft wanting to tell us something O:-), a known issue 
already being tracked or should we open a bug report?
