Bug#1082903: linux-image-amd64: Please consider building the ip_vs_twos kernel module by default

Package: linux-image-amd64
Version: 6.1.85-1
Severity: normal
Tags: upstream
X-Debbugs-Cc: robin.bjorklin@gmail.com

Dear Maintainer,

We use Debian as our base image when running kubernetes and our kube-proxy uses ipvs. We have been using the ip_vs_rr module to do round-robin scheduling however we have found that ip_vs_twos gives us a more uniform distribution of connections and therefore load across our cluster. It would be great to have this kernel module built and included by default in Debian.

Kind Regards,
Robin Björklin
