Bug#1076110: Confirmed, also affects keyboard backlight

the following things would be helpful to debug this issue:

 - There are newer kernels packages in trixie, unstable and experimental
   in the meantime. Do these happen to fix the issue?
 - The information if 6.9.7 is good or bad in this respect
 - boot log from both a working and a broken setup from the same machine
 - A git bisection between 6.9.6 and 6.9.8

If you can provide any of these, please do so.
