Bug#996608: linux-source-5.10: Mising dependency: dwarves

Package: linux-source-5.10
Version: 5.10.70-1

SSIA.  Debian's 5.10 configuration will NOT build without the "dwarves"
package (`pahole`).  In light of this some package, likely
linux-source-5.10 should recommend "dwarves".
