We have here a little bit too less information to tackle the issue.
Can you attach the logs, what does apper when connecting the device?
Can you attach those?

Have you tried any troubleshooting on bluez level? (Cf. for instance
the one listed in the Arch-Wiki at
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Bluetooth#Troubleshooting)?
