Uploading linux (4.7.2-1) to unstable

I intend to upload linux version 4.7.2-1 to unstable later this week.

This is obviously a new upstream release for unstable.  It includes
fixes for CVE-2016-5412, CVE-2016-6136, CVE-2016-5696.

Debian-specific changes include:

- For architectures covered by linux-signed, the unsigned linux-image
packages gain the '-unsigned' suffix and the signed packages built
by linux-signed will lose the '-signed' suffix, thus signed packages
  become the default
- The udebs for these architectures will also be built from the
  linux-signed source package, not linux
- Debug-symbol packages are built for all flavours and will go into the
  debug archive
- [armhf,arm64] Many new drivers are enabled
- [mipsel] Loongson 2 images are no longer provided
- FANOTIFY_ACCESS_PERMISSIONS and SCHEDSTAT are enabled
- Memory cgroup controller (memcg) is enabled by default

The program is absolutely right; therefore, the computer must be wrong.
