Bug#813080: linux-perf-4.4: fails to upgrade from 'sid' - trying to overwrite /usr/share/perf-core/strace/groups/file

I know, this is unintentional and they are supposed to be
coinstallable.  I intend to fix this installation path to include the
upstream version.  (Most of the paths already do.)
