Bug#799803: linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64: rfkill blocks WLAN on Medion

On my Medion MD99022 my WLAN device was running properly after installation.
After shutting down WLAN for the first time with the Network Manager, it
is not possible to enable it again (even after reboot).

I see there is a hard block on phy0.
There is no hardware switch to start the WLAN or release the hardware
lock. There is even nothing related in BIOS.

"rfkill unblock 2" seems to have no effect.

Note:
There was a similar behaviour, with the same notebook on debian7, but
after reboot! the WLAN was reusable.

Seems to related to this bug:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=666568,
which should be fixed in this kernel version...
