I can confirm that it's neither working with 4.0.4 and 4.1 on cubietruck (always tried Wheezy):

With the very same kernel/userland (kernel exactly identical) cpufreq stuff works on the other A20 devices I tested with: A20-Lime2, Banana Pi, Banana Pro, pcDuino3 Nano, Lamobo R1
