[PATCH] [media] cx231xx: tuner support for Iconbit Analog stick U100 FM, kernel 3.11

Patch to add tv tuner support for Iconbit U100 FM usb analog tv stick card types (ID 1f4d:0237 G-Tek Electronics Group) in the kernel version 3.11, specifically my device is a Mygica u719c and maybe works MSI digivox mini II. I get the values for the important initialization variables in the CxPlrCap.inf file include in the microsoft drivers provided by vendor and usb sniffer. The device work excellent, here some test shots:Tvtime, VLC.
