Please test the linux-image-2.6.35-rc6-amd64 package from experimental.

If that doesn't fix the bug, please report this upstream at
<https://bugzilla.kernel.org> under product 'ACPI', component
'Power-Off'.  Let us know the bug number or URL so we can track it.
