It looks like we're missing the firmware for this.
Please download
<http://git.infradead.org/users/dwmw2/linux-firmware.git/blob_plain/master:/mts_gsm.fw> and install it in the directory /lib/firmware, then run:
rmmod ti_usb_3410_5052 && modprobe ti_usb_3410_5052
This should get the modem working. Let us know whether it does.
