Hi,
any plans on uploading a new version that fixes this bug?
Also, I'm still nog 100% sure I understand what is happening here. From what I
understand:
1) Official kernel packages pass 2 arguments to the script, the second is
the filename of the kernel binary.
2) kernel-package generated packages pass 2 arguments to the script, the
second is the filename of the kernel binary.
Is there another way of generating a kernel image that does not pass this
parameter? If so, which is that and could a comment about it perhaps be added?
If not, why is there a check for the second parameter in the first place?
# kernel-package passes an extra arg
if [ -n "$2" ]; then
Furthermore, the current comment is confusing. It suggests that _only_
kernel-package passes the extra arg, while original linux images also pass it.
