Package: squashfs-modules-2.6.17-2-686
Severity: wishlist
Trying to mount an 1.0 filesystem, I get this error (in dmesg):
SQUASHFS error: Major/Minor mismatch, Squashfs 1.0 filesystems are unsupported
SQUASHFS error: Please recompile with Squashfs 1.0 support enabled
Please can you enable compatibility with older filesystems? I think the
following options will do:
CONFIG_SQUASHFS_1_0_COMPATIBILITY
CONFIG_SQUASHFS_2_0_COMPATIBILITY
Thanks!

squashfs is enabled with the features present in linux-2.6
backwards compat for old format is not included and thus
can't be enabled.
