I recently upgrade to 2.6.29, I was moving over 2T of files over nfs/udp, I use cpufreq and I found when the system became under load I would get these kernel bugs

I have been able to reproduce this a number of times. I even tried booting into single user mode and turning on networking and nfs and I go this problem.
when I set the governer to performance I don't see this problem.
I original had irqbalance running but I saw this when I had stop it as well.
