Applied linux-image 2.6.18.dfsg.1-13etch5 this morning.  Machine locked up on reboot.  Last message displayed 
includes running scripts/local-top.  Ran fine with linux-image 2.6.18.dfsg.1-13etch4. Machine has usb to ups cable 
plugged in.  If usb cable is unplugged the machine boots fine.  If cable is plugged in after boot machine also locks 
up. SIS usb controller.
