I've added debian-kernel@lists.debian.org to the CC list. In the
future, please contact that list instead of (or in addition to) me
directly. There are a number of other people on our team that may be
able to help.
I do not see amd64 builds there either, and I don't know if there are
plans to add them. You can always build your own snapshot by:
1) adding the following to your /etc/apt/sources.list file:
deb-src http://kernel-archive.buildserver.net/debian-kernel etch main
2) apt-get update
3) apt-get install build-essential
4) apt-get build-dep linux-2.6
5) apt-get source -b linux-2.6
