The operations are replaced with nops in the case of only one processor.

Okay. If noone complains and the snapshot builds succeds, I'll schedule
the upload around 1400 UTC.

I may also add an upload pending dists to the archive, which can hold
such things for the time beeing in NEW. For upload rights, please ask.
