so you already got the newer udev hooks it places in initramfs-tools,
but not yet the corresponding files.
we want to lower the versioned dep, so your solution from above is
considered harmfull.

well the image above most likely wont boot,
as you didn't post all the upgrade log, i assume that a bit later udev
postinstall gets invoced and so the final image should still be fine.
will need some thinkering..
