Bug#340752: linux-source-2.6.14: switches networkdevices unpredictable
Package: linux-source-2.6.14
Version: 2.6.14-3
Severity: normal
I don't know wheter this is the right place to post this "bug", but i don't know where else.
The problem is, i have two ethernet cards onboard. One uses the forcedeth and the other the
sk98lin driver. When the system boots up the first card is sometimes eth0 and sometimes eth1,
but it is unpredictable which one. So it would be nice that the card would always be eth0.
