Bug#316068: initrd-tools: ibmvscsic is not auto-detected on IBM LPAR with virtual SCSI system

On IBM systems using Logical Partitioning, and when only using virtual 
SCSI,  the module ibmvscsic is needed.

But module ibmvscsic is not auto-detected and it should be.
