Version: 2.4.18-5

I have sevral computers with the ASUS CUV4X-DLS Motherboard
with dual 370 socktes and dual PentiumIII CPU.

With the debian 3.0 CD1 they fail to boot with the option

boot: bf24

the last few lines before the computer locks up says:
------------begin-----------
enables ExtINT on CPU0
ESR value after enabling vector: 00000000
ESR value after enabling vector: 00000000
ENABLING IO-APCI IRQs
Setting 2 in the phys_id_present_map
... changing IO-APCI physical APCI ID
.. TIMER: vector=0x31 pin1=2 pin2=0
------------end---------------------

I have succsessfully installed 2.4.18-bf2.4-xfs on these computers
(as well as some other kernels e.g. : 2.2.19-reiserfs #1 SMP Sat Apr 14 08:47:15 EDT 2001 i686 unknown)

nb1:~# uname -a
Linux nb1 2.4.18-bf2.4-xfs #1 Sam Mar 16 16:07:28 CET 2002 i686 unknown
