I am running a PCchips K8 M871G motherboard with SiS 760GX Northbridge
and SiS964 Siuthbridge chips. I have an LM1730 LCD monitor. It worked
fine with kernel 2.4.27 but when I upgraded the kernel lines and trails
and then a whole lot of junk shjowed up on the screen. One time it
hung. I switched back and forth twice with similar results.
