Bug#282594: kernel-image-2.6.9-1-k7: Changing mkinitrd.conf fixes everything

Package: kernel-image-2.6.9-1-k7
Version: 2.6.9-2
Followup-For: Bug #282594

Changing mkext2fs to mkcramfs in /etc/mkinitrd/mkinitrd.conf fixes
this problem.

(I do not fully understand why reinstalling initrd-tools doesn't tell me
the config file is different in the installed and supplied version.
I do not think there are any problems using pristine initrd-tools,
without any interference from old Knoppix config files)

Sorry for bothering you.
