Sorry, but no improvement on the SATA-System. 'serverworks' gets loaded
but not 'ide-generic'. So still no ide-devices present. Can't say anything
about the 'piix'-system because it does not boot (Bug#275302 still present?)

I'm willing to compile and test if you send me patches, but not this week.
