Hi,

While compiling my new 2.6.9 kernel, I noticed a large number of compile 
warnings being emitted while the eepro100 driver was being compiled.

Sorry I didn't capture the exact text, but they were all something about 
converting a pointer to an integer without a cast.

This is most likely nothing more than an annoyance. I doubt that the 
driver is broken (though I haven't tried it yet).
