Today seems to be my day of bad reading ;)

modutils in woody is 2.4.15-1, and so, it should work.
initd-tools in woody is 0.1.32woody.3, also ok.
coreutils is a new package; it is the sucessor of shellutils. However,
even shellutils is too old for that package (if the version numbering is
in sync). @kernel-team: Would it be possible to work with the old
shellutils for the upgrade?
