No, the transition is complete; everything migrated to testing. But
neither riseup-vpn or qterminal were part of it.
As for riseup-vpn, no idea what causes this.

Yep. A bunch of things look broken when I installed `plasma-desktop` package. I can't use
the startup button, the windows don't seem to have task bar and so on. On cinnamon I don't see
the buttons.
Not sure what's up. I just did an apt update+upgrade and installed plasma-desktop and everything
blew up. I am just hopeful that something got missed and riseup-vpn and qterminal still work; if
someone knows/has suggestions to fix this mess, please let me know.
