I switched my session to X11. That fixed it:

Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 13
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2
Kernel Version: 6.12.43+deb13-amd64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 8 × AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor
Memory: 32 GiB of RAM (31.3 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: llvmpipe

It also fixed an issue I was having with full screen X11 applications.
