Re: Black folder icons in Dolphin

Yes it does work.

See:https://git.launchpad.net/~kubuntu-packagers/kubuntu-packaging/+git/kf6-breeze-icons/commit/?h=kubuntu_oracular_staging&id=1520c1891847fbef4221793df607c5ff5b69934a

This was confirmed by me in testing the modified package and by 2 of more regular testers for Kubuntu.

As a caveat, maybe you need to delete/clear some icon cache
suck as ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache and log in and out before you see it work.

As I implied, this need only be a temp fix to an annoyance until K6 apps (primarily dolphin) land.

Does that really work ? I was sure I had tried what you described in #1079542 and that it didn’t solve the issue.
If it’s really supposed to work I can give it another try.

Thanks !
