Good afternoon,
I saw this mail yesterday and was hoping somebody gives a solution as I am having the same behavior on my testing installation, is not a big deal as everything works, but annoys me every time I open Dolphin.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a solution, was thinking that may have been some issue with my installation, but as it happens to at least one more person seems that may be something elsewhere.

I'm using Unstable amd64, and I note a couple of people have mentioned Breeze
icon themed desktops are showing black folder icons instead of the usual blue.
Plasma 5.27.11 is in use with frameworks 5.115.0
Is this expected behaviour for now, or have I missed an easy fix?
