As far as I got by mail on this list is preferred for anything that is in
experimental. Use a descriptive subject.
As soon as its in unstable: regular bug reports.
Of course you could also first ask on IRC about an issue, whether it is
known already, for example.
To all the packagers, of course, feel free to correct me as needed.
