A lot of things improved, but whether it affects you depends on your use cases.
If you don't know the bugs that affected you, then likely no need for you to rush.
I.e. if something was already bugging you, you probably would have figured out
by now if it's fixed in Plasma 6.
For me it was quite a number of things:
* Ability to use OSC52 in Konsole
* Fixes to adaptive sync / VRR
* Fixes to double cursor issues that affected Wine Wayland.
Then there is also better fractional scaling and etc. It's a long list in practice,
to a big degree also related to switch from Qt 5 to Qt 6.
