Thank you for your answer. O.k. you gave me an interesting 'homework' (I 
learned a lot 
meanwhile, because i am just an ONU (Otto normal user) 
My logfiles are here:

 I hope I have done all the right way - I studied the logfiles but cannot 
really see any error - 
although I think not to understand everythin in de log.

My ISP is:      A1.net
IMAP-Server:  securemail.a1.net 
        SSL/TLS : 993
        Authentification: LOGIN (looked up from Kmail)


Are you able to assist ?
