For a while, upload of newer Plasma versions in Debian (unstable / testing) were blocked by various issues that prevented newer Qt migration, but those were resolved. Is anything still blocking newer Plasma upload to Debian? Since even before the freeze, it's still stuck at quite old by now 5.14.5.
