Hi Luca, I upgraded to see the problem, and then downgraded 'libkf5guiaddons5' to buster, did a 'apt-mark hold' on the package and solved the problem. Now I guess we wait for this group calling itself debian "linux" to catch up.
I run plasma5.17, framework5.64, qt5.12 on a couple other systems, never seen this problem before.
