I am pretty sure that:

xset +dpms

... will do the job.  

I believe that will restore the setting to the 20 minutes that you had before.  
If not, you may have to find the commands (I believe available in xset) to set 
the time delay.

I don't remember those off the top of my head -- try reading:

man xset
